PSSR-443747	OnSIS Pending Area Extract Data File Import Updates	PowerSchool has been updated to support the Ontario Ministry's revised Special Education PAE file layout (EXSMS-0005.00) for 2026–2027. A new field, HIGH_COMPLEX_NEEDS_FLAG (valid values: T/F), has been added to the file format, and PowerSchool's import process and underlying database table have been updated accordingly. Users can now successfully import PAE files containing this new field via both Manual and OnSIS API import methods, with the flag value saved correctly.

OnSIS batch processing files now include the element within the Special Education segment, automatically populating a value of `T` or `F` based on the High Complex Needs flag recorded in the student's Special Education record.

Form identifiers and copyright notices across all four pages have been updated to the 2026/09 edition, the asterisk and financial-literacy footnote have been removed from the mathematics graduation requirement, a new Ontario Financial Literacy Graduation Requirement row with a Completed checkbox has been added to the graduation requirements page, and a For School Use label has been added to the completion section. Additionally, automated completion logic has been implemented to evaluate student test records for the Financial Literacy Grad Req (FLGR) test; the Completed checkbox is automatically selected when a student achieves an outcome score of 1, 2, 3, or 4 on or before the effective report date. Historical 2024/09 templates remain available for legacy reporting, and template updates apply to students in cohort year 2024 or later.
