OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 19.4

The report has been enhanced to run successfully even when the district cut-off date is not populated, preventing failures caused by missing configuration. If the district cut-off date is blank, the ERS segment will not be generated. When a valid district cut-off date is provided, the ERS segment will be generated as expected.

OnSIS Secondary: Dropped and Replaced Sections for Same Course Reported Incorrectly

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 23.0

Fixed an issue where the OnSIS Secondary School Submission incorrectly generated two UPDATE records for a student's STUDENT_CLASS_ENROLMENT when a section was dropped and replaced with another section of the same MDC code. This caused duplicate entries in the XML file. The system now correctly recognizes the drop-and-replace scenario and reports a single completed course record.

OnSIS Secondary: LNO Courses Incorrectly Updated Twice As Dropped And Complete

OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 23.0

An issue in the OnSIS Secondary March School Submission caused LNO courses to generate two class enrolment records in the XML for affected students: one record marked as dropped (with a November 1 withdrawal date) and another marked as completed. This occurred even though the students were reported as having dropped the course in the October submission and completed it in the March submission. The issue has been resolved, and the XML now generates a single, accurate enrolment record for each student.

Ontario Student Status Updates

Ontario Student Status: Version 10.8

The Ontario Student Status report is updated with logic for classes that students have dropped but have earned an M1 or M2 grade. Once the scheduled term has ended, the class will no longer be considered a current class and will not be included in the Current Courses section of the report.

Secondary Report Cards - Gradebook: Version 9.5

The Secondary Report Cards - Gradebook are updated to exclude expired SHSM programs. Additionally, when a secondary program is included on the report card, the associated credits now display on a new line rather than next to the primary program credits.
