PSSR-453944	All States: Enterprise Report Historical Grades Update	Historical Grades: Version 3.0 Faster and more efficient reporting: The Historical Grades report has been optimized to improve the retrieval of school year, term, student race, and student code information, especially when working with large sets of historical grades. New School Year selector: Choose one or more school years before running the report, or select All Years, making it easier to focus the report and reduce unnecessary results. The current school year is selected by default. Clearer year and term information: A new Year/Term field combines the school year and reporting term into a single, easy-to-read value. Improved built-in report views: Ready-to-use views organize historical grades by student, teacher, course and teacher, associated course details, associated section details, grade-exclusion flags, and change-log information. Easier grade-record auditing: The dedicated Change Log view displays the stored-grade audit log in an easier-to-read format and highlights records that have been modified. Updated PowerSchool Current Selection support: Students returned in the report can still be set as or added to the current PowerSchool selection using updated report integration. Improved readability and exports: Report headers now wrap for easier viewing, field help is available throughout the report, and the print layout is optimized for a landscape display of historical-grade information.
PSSR-453943	All States: Enterprise Report: Contact Relationship Details Update	Contact Relationship Details: Version 3.0 Version 3.0 is a major update to the Contact Relationship Details report, making it faster and more useful for reviewing and maintaining PowerSchool contact data. Improved performance: The report query has been completely rewritten and optimized for better performance, particularly with large datasets. More complete contact reporting: The report can now identify students without contacts as well as orphaned contact records that are no longer linked to any students. Direct links to PowerSchool: Contact IDs and Student IDs/Numbers are now clickable, providing quick access to the corresponding Contact Management records in PowerSchool. Easier-to-read relationship flags: Custody, Lives With, School Pickup, Emergency Contact, and Receives Mail are now available as compact checkmark columns, making relationships easier to scan. New built-in reports for contact data cleanup and analysis help administrators quickly identify orphaned contacts with no linked students, contacts missing names, active contacts associated with inactive students, and compare contact addresses with student addresses. Better contact analysis: A new associated-student count makes it easier to see how many students are linked to each contact and supports additional filtering and data-cleanup workflows. More reliable results: Improved handling of contact phone, email, address, and relationship records helps prevent duplicate or inconsistent rows in the report.
PSSR-453942	All States: Enterprise Report: Course List Update	Course List: Version 3.0 Expanded course information: Added additional course extension fields, including Fitness Course, PE Waiver, academic subject, course level, honors, college/postsecondary credit, work-based learning, and other course attributes. More compliance and reporting fields: Added additional Ed-Fi, SCED, and CRDC course fields, including computer science, data science, credit recovery, distance learning, and dual enrollment indicators. New historical course values: Version 3 can display prior-year Course Number, Course Name, Credit Hours, and Credit Type values from the CoursesByYear table, making it easier to identify courses whose key information has changed over time. Direct access to course records: Course Numbers are now clickable links that open the corresponding course record directly in PowerSchool in a new browser tab. New built-in saved reports: Added All Course Extension and CRDC Fields and Prior Year Values views. The Prior Year Values report is automatically filtered to courses with historical changes. New course visualization: Added a built-in Department Pie Chart showing the distribution of courses by department. Existing specialized views remain available: Customers can continue to use views for All Scheduling Fields, Course Descriptions + Notes, and Course List with Exclusions, in addition to the standard Course List
PSSR-449347	All States/Provinces: Incidents and Details Report Update	Incidents and Details Report: Version 1.1 Incident ID links in the report will now navigate to the Incident Management record in SIS using the new incident user interface rather than the old one as version 1.0 did. Enhanced action attributes information to display a numbered flag when a comment is present. A new Action Attributes Comments column has been added to display the matching flag number and comment. Enhanced participant attribute information to display comments when present. Enhanced incident attribute information to display attribute hierarchy and comments when present. The primary behavior will have a star in front of its name. Behaviors with the Allegation flag will now show as allegations. Fixed bug where unused action attributes were being displayed. Fixed financial impact to remove the dollar sign and decimals since the field does not hold decimals. Misc. adjustments to the saved reports.
PSSR-456029	Elementary Progress Report Cards Footer Page Numbering Update	Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 6.5 An issue has been resolved where the printed Elementary Progress Report Cards (Grades 1–6 and Grades 7–8) displayed page numbers in the footer as "# of #" (e.g., "1 of 2") rather than "Page # of #" (e.g., "Page 1 of 2"). The footer formatting has been updated across both report card templates to ensure all printed pages consistently display "Page # of #", aligning with Ontario Ministry of Education layout guidelines.
PSSR-415323	Elementary Progress Reports – Gradebook – Corrected Full Legal Name Display and Learning Skills Comment Overflow	Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 6.5 Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 6.0 The Elementary Progress Report Cards (1-6, 7-8) previously limited student names to 40 characters, and names exceeding this limit resulted in only the last name being printed. This issue has been resolved, and the report will now automatically shrink‑to‑fit student names that exceed 60 characters, ensuring at minimum the student’s first and last names are displayed correctly. The Elementary Progress Report Card (1–6) has been also updated to ensure that Learning Skills comments that exceed the available comment box space automatically shrink to fit.
PSSR-429089	Enrolment Reports: Full-Time Student Classification and Active Student Counts on Non-Instructional Days	Enrolment Reports: Version 6.9 Resolved an issue where full-time students were incorrectly listed under both Full Time and Part Time sections in the Ontario Enrolment Reports when a semester start date coincides with a Professional Development (PD) or non-instructional day. The report logic has been updated to properly evaluate student enrolment and calendar membership during semester transitions, ensuring full-time students appear exclusively under Full Time and that the Total Active Students count reflects accurate totals.
PSSR-437709	OnSIS Elementary & Secondary School Submissions: Data Validation for Non-Identified Student	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 19.7 OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 23.4 The MED0008a data validation rule has been updated in both reports to prevent a false warning stating that a Special Education record does not exist for students previously reported as Non-Identified. The validation now properly verifies existing Special Education segments for active students, ensuring the warning only displays when a student was reported as Non-Identified in the previous submission and no Special Education record is present in the current submission file.
PSSR-451874	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Non-Enrolled Student Reporting for Transferred Graduates	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 23.4 Resolved an issue in the OnSIS Secondary School Submission where students who transferred to a new school and earned a diploma or Ontario Scholar were incorrectly included in the Non-Enrolled Student segment in the previous school's XML submission. The report extraction logic has been updated to properly evaluate student enrollment history across schools, ensuring that diploma or Ontario Scholar designations are reported only from the student’s new school eliminating the need to manually remove erroneous records from the export file
PSSR-452092	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: OYAP FAST Flag for Transferred-Out Students	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 23.4 Resolved an issue in the OnSIS Secondary School Submission where the `OYAP_FAST_FLAG` was incorrectly populated with 'F' instead of 'Y' for transferred-out students participating in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP - FAST), triggering OnSIS critical validation error MOF0003 during the June submission. The report extraction logic has been updated to properly evaluate Special Program participation for students who have transferred out, ensuring that the `OYAP_FAST_FLAG` is correctly set to 'Y' and the associated OYAP FAST program segment is accurately reported.
PSSR-450558	Ontario Enrolment Register: Part-Time Register Reporting for Weekend Class Drops	Enrolment Reports: Version 6.9 Resolved an issue in the Ontario Enrolment Report where students who dropped classes on a weekend or non-in-session date were not processed correctly when transitioning from full-time to part-time status. The report logic has been updated to properly evaluate status transitions occurring on non-instructional days, ensuring that students display an internal transfer from the Full-Time Register, appear as an internal admission on the Part-Time Register, and are accurately calculated within the Part-Time Pupils of the Board and FTE summary totals.
PSSR-443559	Ontario Enrolment Reports: Register Placement and Transitions on Modified Bell Schedule Days	Enrolment Reports: Version 6.9 Resolved an issue in the Ontario Enrolment Reports where students enrolling on a date with a modified bell schedule were not processed correctly. The report calculation has been updated to evaluate daily instructional minutes across schedule variations, ensuring students enrolling on a modified day are appropriately placed and dynamically transferred between the Part-Time and Full-Time registers as instructional minutes change, and are accurately reflected in the Enrolment Summary counts
PSSR-453820	Ontario Student Transcript – Financial Literacy Graduation Requirement (FLGR) Update	Ontario Student Transcript: Version 9.6 The Ontario Student Transcript (OST) report has been updated to align with the Ministry of Education’s revised template, introducing a dedicated Financial Literacy Graduation section alongside existing diploma requirements. When generating the transcript, the system now automatically evaluates each student's records to mark Successfully Completed when graduation requirements are met, or N/A when an exemption applies (leaving both indicators blank if requirements are neither met nor exempt). Additionally, previous version of the transcript report has been moved to the legacy reports section.
