Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.16

The following updates have been made:

1. Now, when the report is run from the school level, all incidents a student may have (based on the report parameters) will be reported, regardless of the school they occurred at.

2. The Time Frame during which the incident occurred will be in the report output.

3. Longer school names will now print correctly on a single page in the report out (versus being split between two consecutive pages).

Elementary Progress Report Card - Incorrect Attendance

Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 5.6

Resolved an issue where attendance totals on the Elementary Progress Report (7–8) – Gradebook were calculated incorrectly for students with multiple enrollment records in the same academic year. Absences and lates are no longer duplicated for students who transferred out and were later re‑enrolled.

Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version

The report file‑splitting behavior when generating the Elementary Progress Report (Grades 1–6) has been improved. Previously, when the “Split large files” option was selected, the resulting PDFs were uneven in size, with the first few files significantly larger than the remaining ones. To ensure more consistent output, we updated the file‑size range from 10–100 MB to 50–100 MB and enhanced the splitting logic so that reports are now divided into more evenly sized sections.

OnSIS Verification - Summary Report: Version 3.3

This release introduces a new OnSIS Verification Report designed to display detailed information to validate Classes with multiple segments (Combined Courses) for Grades 9 to 12. To ensure complete and accurate data generation, users must first import the appropriate PAE files for the submission, then run the OnSIS Secondary Report, selecting the Save XML flag. These steps ensure all necessary XML data is properly stored before executing the new verification report.

OnSIS Create Class Codes Output File is not Generating Correctly

OnSIS Create Class Codes: Version 2.8

Resolved an issue where the Create Class Codes Report PDF output did not display all successfully generated class codes. While class codes were created and stored correctly, the report output was incomplete due to a restrictive Class Type filter. This filter has been removed, ensuring all generated class codes are now included in the output file.

Student Diploma Deficiency Report Updates

Student Diploma Deficiency Report: Version 1.1

Fixes implemented:

• Corrected the calculation of Compulsory and Optional Credits – Potential Earned when the Include Current Courses flag is selected. The report now correctly sums all applicable current courses contributing to compulsory and optional credit requirements.

• Resolved an issue where Online Learning (OL) Credit Earned was incorrectly displayed as N/A when the Online Learning Graduation Requirement Met flag is selected for the student. The report now correctly reflects 2.0 credits earned, in line with business rules.

Student Transcript - Incorrect Course Grade/Level

Ontario Student Transcript: Version 9.4

Resolved an issue on the transcript where the Course Grade/Level column incorrectly displayed “5” for all OAC credits. The column now correctly displays “OAC” in accordance with the Ministry reporting rules.
