When enabled, the ECPP fields (Designated School, ECPP Facility, and Residence Type) will display on the Student Compliance page, Student General Information, Student Enrolment History, and Re-Enroll Student pages for all schools, allowing staff at non-ECPP schools to assign required ECPP information for cross-enrolled students. Navigation: District Office, District Management, District Setup, District Info, Provincial Information, and then OnSIS Settings. |

OnSIS Night School Submission: Version 11.9 This update enhances OYAP‑FAST reporting logic by automatically determining the OYAP_FAST_FLAG and generating the appropriate OYAP‑FAST segment based solely on the student’s OYAP‑FAST program status, independent of the UI OYAP‑FAST Participant flag, thereby eliminating the need for manual updates. The system now evaluates program data to determine whether the student is Active, Completed, or Dropped and applies the corresponding reporting rules, including ADD/UPDATE actions for active or completed programs and DELETE actions for dropped or removed programs. Programs started and dropped within the same submission are not reported, while programs started and completed within the same submission are included. When multiple OYAP‑FAST enrollments exist, the system selects the correct one using defined sorting logic. These enhancements ensure accurate and consistent OYAP‑FAST reporting aligned with ministry requirements. |

The overall total was correct but individual grade-level totals were inflated. The report logic now correctly handles shared alternate school numbers, eliminating the duplicate counts. |

Student Public Health Unit (STIX) Data Extract: Version 3.3 The Student Public Health Unit (STIX) Data Extract (ON43) has been updated to support printing the designated school name and number instead of the ECPP school for students enrolled at an ECPP school. A new checkbox, Print the designated school has been added to the report run page. When selected, the XML output will display the student's designated school name and number. Otherwise, the current school name and number are printed. This checkbox is selected by default and is only visible for ECPP schools when run at the school level, but is always visible at the district level. |
