Kindergarten Progress and Report Card Updates

Additional References: PSSR-432695, PSSR-432694

Kindergarten Communication of Learning Initial Observations: Version 2.8
Kindergarten Communication of Learning Report Card: Version 4.2

Elementary Progress Report (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 6.1
Elementary Progress Report (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 5.7

Elementary Report Cards (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 6.6
Elementary Report Cards (7-8) - Gradebook: Version 7.1

Fixed an issue where report cards displayed blank values when a student changed classes mid-year and the most recent class record had marks and comments entered and then deleted. The system now skips empty class records when determining which class to report for each period, automatically using the previous class with valid marks or comments instead.

OnSIS Elementary School Submission - Duplicate <SECOND_LANGUAGE_PROGRAM> issue

OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 19.3

Resolved an issue where running the OnSIS Elementary School Submission could produce duplicate records for transferred students.

In some cases, a French program (TYPE 003) starting at the new school was incorrectly included in the previous school’s submission, resulting in both an incorrect ADD (003) and the expected UPDATE (001) for the French program taken at the previous school.

This fix ensures that only the appropriate record is reported by the previous school, preventing duplicates and aligning with OnSIS requirements.

Secondary Report Cards - Sorting Enhancement for Cross-Enrolled Students

Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook: Version 9.4

Added a new sorting option to improve handling of cross-enrolled students when generating reports.

A new, Sort By School ID checkbox is now available (mutually exclusive with Sort By School ID/Homeroom). When selected, the report is sorted first by School ID and then by the chosen student sort order (e.g., student name).

For cross-enrolled students, the primary school’s School ID is used for sorting. This enables grouping students by school and then listing them alphabetically within each school, making it easier to distribute report cards to the appropriate schools.
