The report now correctly pulls the Policy Description mapped to the selected Behavior Code(s) in the incident.
PSSR-410230	All States/Provinces: Student Test Result Update	Navigation: Start Page → Select Student → Academic Records → Test Results → New/Edit Test Results Users can now enable Change History on the Student Test Results page, allowing all updates—including scores—to be tracked.
PSSR-424546	Added Default Comments for NA Strands (R1 & R2)	Elementary Report Cards (1-6) - GradeBook: Version 6.5 Elementary Report Cards (7-8) - GradeBook: Version 7.0 Added automatic comments for subjects/strands marked with an NA flag in report cards. Included Update When a strand is marked NA, a default comment is now added in the Strengths/Next Steps box: R1: “This subject will be reported in Term 2.” R2: “This subject was reported in Term 1.”
PSSR-428520	Elementary Report Cards Updates	Additional Reference: PSSR-428521 , PSSR-428528 Elementary Report Cards (1-6) - Gradebook: Version 6.5 Elementary Report Cards (7-8) Gradebook: Version 7.0 The Elementary Report Cards are updated to include the stored Principal Signature and provide an option for the users to include the homeroom teacher’s name as a signature to display in the designated signature area on the report card.
PSSR-433958	Enhanced ERS Reporting for School and District-Level Data	OnSIS Elementary School Submission Updates: Version 19.2 Report has been updated to generate the ERS properly when ERS test results are given at the school level/district level.
PSSR-427124	OnSIS Elementary School Submission Updates	OnSIS Elementary School Submission Updates: Version 19.2 The OnSIS Elementary School Submission is updated with logic that determines the latest valid class for each reporting period when students change classes. If a newly added class has no marks or comments for the selected period, it is treated as invalid. The system automatically falls back to the prior class and uses it for all reporting data, including marks, comments, flags, and related indicators.
PSSR-428522	Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook Updates	Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook: Version 9.3 The Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook are updated to display the stored Principal Signature in the designated signature area on the report cards.
