All States: CRDC 25-26 Sub District UI Update

The Sub-District compliance page has been updated for the 2025–2026 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) cycle.

  • Streamlined data collection: Removed outdated NB-1 questions and moved Gender Identity sub-questions for HIBD-4, HIBD-5, and HIBD-6 to the Deprecated Fields section to keep historical records and simplify current reporting.

  • New reporting indicators: Added the RSTS-1 section to track mechanical restraint, physical restraint, and seclusion for LEA students served in non-LEA facilities to meet new federal requirements.

Common: Discipline Incident Letters Update

Discipline Incident Letter

Version:

Resolved an issue where Discipline Incident Letters would display all action codes associated with an incident, even when configured to filter for a specific Action Code and with "Include All Actions" set to No. This ensures that parent correspondence accurately reflects only the intended disciplinary actions.

DEX: WISEid Request Update for Student Contact Management

When Student Contact Adoption is enabled, the WISEid Request process works as follows:

  • The WISEid request now targets contacts explicitly flagged for WISEid (Parent 1 and Parent 2), rather than relying on general list order.

  • If Parent 1 has missing or incomplete name information, the system automatically checks Parent 2 and uses that record to satisfy the parent/guardian demographic requirement so the WISEid request can proceed.

  • An error is generated only when both Parent 1 and Parent 2 contain invalid or incomplete data and the request cannot be completed.

When Student Contact Adoption is disbabled, the request process continues to use the legacy mother and father fields to process WISE IDs.

Ed-Fi Self Service: Course Publishing for Excluded Schools

Updated course publishing logic to ensure schools marked as Excluded from State Reporting do not publish course data.

PSSR-451533

Ed-Fi Self Service: Limited English Mapping

Resolved an issue where Limited English mappings were not being applied during Ed-Fi publishing. Configured mapping values are now respected as expected, and unmapped (blank) records default to Not Limited.
