Restraints and Seclusion (RSTS) Reporting: Added new sections (RSTS-1 to RSTS-4) to track restraint and seclusion data for K-12 students served in non-LEA facilities, categorized by race, EL, IDEA, and 504 status. Students, Schools & Programs (SSPR) Updates: Introduced new indicators and student counts (SSPR-2.1 to SSPR-2.4) for preschool and K-12 students served in non-LEA facilities, along with a new Remote Instruction and Setting Indicator (SSPR-3.1). Data Collection Refinement: Removed non-binary data collection points from HSEE-2 and DSED-2, and removed the Gender Identity data point from HIBD sections to comply with updated reporting standards.
PSSR-449517	All States: CRDC 2025-2026 School Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-447835, PSSR-445454 The CRDC school report(PDF/CSV) has been enhanced to align with the latest CRDC 2025-26 federal specifications. New Staff Data: Added a new field to report the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) bilingual teachers under the Teacher Certification section. Threat Assessment Reporting: Introduced new tables to track threat assessment team status and student-level data, including specific breakdowns by gender, race, and disability status (IDEA/504) for preschool and K-12 students. Improvements Section Renaming: Updated several section titles as stated by CRDC 2025-2026, including renaming "Fully Virtual School Indicator" to "Remote Instruction and Setting Indicator" and consolidating "Directional Indicators" under new "Instruction" (INST) headings. Data Collection Refinement: Removed non-binary data collection requirements across more than 60 report sections (e.g., ENRL, COUR, DISC, and ARRS series) and updated Harassment/Bullying (HIBS-1) to align with the latest CRDC 2025-26 federal specifications.w
PSSR-448369	All States: CRDC 2025-26 Audit File Updates	CRDC 2025-26 Audit File Updates to align with CRDC 2025-2026 federal specifications. Student Audit File Enhancement: Added a new column to capture "Ref to Threat Assessment" data, ensuring alignment with the latest CRDC 2025-26 reporting requirements. School Audit File Updates: Introduced new fields for "Threat Assessment Team" and "Number of Certified Bilingual Teachers." Updated terminology for clarity: "Fully Virtual School Ind" is now Fully Remote School Ind, and "DIND" prefixes have been removed from Instruction Type and Remote Instruction fields to simplify reporting. Streamlined data by removing the "DIND Remote Instruction Amount" field.

PSSR-452623	All States: CRDC 25-26 School Report PDF Label Update	Report Name: CRDC Report (2025-2026) Version: 1.0 Updated the CRDC School Report PDF to align with the 2025-2026 federal reporting requirements.
PSSR-453944	All States: Enterprise Report Historical Grades Update	Historical Grades v3.0 Faster and more efficient reporting: The Historical Grades report has been optimized to improve the retrieval of school year, term, student race, and student code information, especially when working with large sets of historical grades. New School Year selector: Choose one or more school years before running the report, or select All Years, making it easier to focus the report and reduce unnecessary results. The current school year is selected by default. Clearer year and term information: A new Year/Term field combines the school year and reporting term into a single, easy-to-read value. Improved built-in report views: Ready-to-use views organize historical grades by student, teacher, course and teacher, associated course details, associated section details, grade-exclusion flags, and change-log information. Easier grade-record auditing: The dedicated Change Log view displays the stored-grade audit log in an easier-to-read format and highlights records that have been modified. Updated PowerSchool Current Selection support: Students returned in the report can still be set as or added to the current PowerSchool selection using updated report integration. Improved readability and exports: Report headers now wrap for easier viewing, field help is available throughout the report, and the print layout is optimized for a landscape display of historical-grade information.
PSSR-453943	All States: Enterprise Report: Contact Relationship Details Update	Contact Relationship Details v3.0 Version 3.0 is a major update to the Contact Relationship Details report, making it faster and more useful for reviewing and maintaining PowerSchool contact data. Improved performance: The report query has been completely rewritten and optimized for better performance, particularly with large datasets. More complete contact reporting: The report can now identify students without contacts as well as orphaned contact records that are no longer linked to any students. Direct links to PowerSchool: Contact IDs and Student IDs/Numbers are now clickable, providing quick access to the corresponding Contact Management records in PowerSchool. Easier-to-read relationship flags: Custody, Lives With, School Pickup, Emergency Contact, and Receives Mail are now available as compact checkmark columns, making relationships easier to scan. New built-in reports for contact data cleanup and analysis help administrators quickly identify orphaned contacts with no linked students, contacts missing names, active contacts associated with inactive students, and compare contact addresses with student addresses. Better contact analysis: A new associated-student count makes it easier to see how many students are linked to each contact and supports additional filtering and data-cleanup workflows. More reliable results: Improved handling of contact phone, email, address, and relationship records helps prevent duplicate or inconsistent rows in the report.
PSSR-453942	All States: Enterprise Report: Course List Update	Course List v3.0 Expanded course information: Added additional course extension fields, including Fitness Course, PE Waiver, academic subject, course level, honors, college/postsecondary credit, work-based learning, and other course attributes. More compliance and reporting fields: Added additional Ed-Fi, SCED, and CRDC course fields, including computer science, data science, credit recovery, distance learning, and dual enrollment indicators. New historical course values: Version 3 can display prior-year Course Number, Course Name, Credit Hours, and Credit Type values from the CoursesByYear table, making it easier to identify courses whose key information has changed over time. Direct access to course records: Course Numbers are now clickable links that open the corresponding course record directly in PowerSchool in a new browser tab. New built-in saved reports: Added All Course Extension and CRDC Fields and Prior Year Values views. The Prior Year Values report is automatically filtered to courses with historical changes. New course visualization: Added a built-in Department Pie Chart showing the distribution of courses by department. Existing specialized views remain available: Customers can continue to use views for All Scheduling Fields, Course Descriptions + Notes, and Course List with Exclusions, in addition to the standard Course List
PSSR-449347	All States/Provinces: Incidents and Details Report Update	Incidents and Details Report v1.1 Incident ID links in the report will now navigate to the Incident Management record in SIS using the new incident user interface rather than the old one as v1.0 did. Enhanced action attributes information to display a numbered flag when a comment is present. A new Action Attributes Comments column has been added to display the matching flag number and comment. Enhanced participant attribute information to display comments when present. Enhanced incident attribute information to display attribute hierarchy and comments when present. The primary behavior will have a star in front of its name. Behaviors with the Allegation flag will now show as allegations. Fixed bug where unused action attributes were being displayed. Fixed financial impact to remove the dollar sign and decimals since the field does not hold decimals. Misc. adjustments to the saved reports.
PSSR-406115	Exclude Staff from Publishing Checkbox	A new Exclude from Ed-Fi checkbox is created on the Staff page. When selected the staff member will not be published.
PSSR-455514	PI-1563 Pupil Count Report - Update	The PI-1563 Pupil Count Report is updated as follows: The Resident Additions Category ‘Youth Options’ has been renamed to 'Early College Credit'. The report now considers any resident reduction. There are three types: 1 - Outside age eligibility (`R-OUTSIDEAGE`) 2 - Home school, enrolled (`R-HOME`) 3 - Private school, enrolled (`R-PRIVATE`) The PI-1563 Detail Report is updated as follows: Students with a 66.0301 Resident Addition are now identified. The Resident Additions Category ‘Youth Options’ has been renamed to 'Early College Credit'. The PI-1563 Reconciliation Report is updated as follows: Students with a Non-Resident Reduction are now reporting. The Resident Additions Category ‘Youth Options’ has been renamed to 'Early College Credit'.
PSSR-457801	WISE Data (Ed-Fi): Student Education Organization Associations Update	The Ed-Fi staging query logic has been updated to properly evaluate students with multiple Hispanic/Latino race or ancestry sub-code selections. The `studentEducationOrganizationAssociations` resource now stages and publishes successfully without errors.
PSSR-425845	WISE Data (Ed-Fi): Organization Calendar Publishing	Organization Calendars now publish successfully with only the appropriate grading periods included. The publishing logic for the Sessions resource has been updated to evaluate the specific School ID rather than the shared State LEA / Alternate School Number when compiling grading period references.
