WISEdata: Section-level Work-Based Learning (WBL) Updates

WISEdata reporting has been updated to support publishing Work-Based Learning (WBL) program type values directly on the Section record.

What’s New

  • Section-Level Program Reporting: Program types configured in Section Setup for Work-Based Learning now publish appropriately on the Section record in Ed-Fi for the 2025–2026 and 2026–2027 school years.

  • WISEdata Compliance: Resolves WISEdata validation error 7510 by ensuring program designations are associated with the Section resource, aligning with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) reporting specifications.

This aligns to the CTE WBL Publishing update released in version 26.9.1.0. Refer to .

WISEdata: Student School Enrollment Publishing

In the Data Exchange (DEX) under Enrollments and Demographics, student school enrollments failed to publish with a backend query error ("Staging Backend Error") when students had both a school enrollment and a class enrollment within the same school year.

This is now updated so that class enrollments no longer interfere with the attendance summary calculation. Student school enrollments now publish successfully to WISEdata as expected.
