A new Archived Data page is now available under System Management > Data Exchange > Archived Data. This page is read-only, allowing administrators to filter and review archived Ed‑Fi data for monitoring and audit purposes, without any option to republish or delete records.

Organization Calendars: Sessions (Terms) Update

Resolved an issue publishing Organization Calendars where districts could receive Sessions (Terms) errors when calendars included half-days (membership value of 0.5).

• Updated the Total Instructional Days calculation used when publishing the Session resource so that it now aligns with the Grading Period calculation.

• The Session calculation now uses the number of in-session days, rather than summing daily membership values.

Special Education Program Association Update

Fixed an issue where the Special Education program was incorrectly publishing StateAbbreviationDescriptor#WI for In‑State Residential Care Center (RCC) providers, which resulted in errors on the state system. This issue originated in the 26.1.2.0 release.

The RccStateAbbreviationDescriptor element for In‑State RCC providers has been removed. The element populates only when the RccStateAbbreviation extension field (from the S_WI_SEN_X table) is set, which applies exclusively to Out‑of‑State RCC providers.
