All States: Older version CRDC Reports Deprecated

CRDC report versions older than 23-24 are deprecated and no longer appear on the state's Compliance Reports tab.

Depreciate Work Based Learning Programs

When in the 2026-27 School Year (and beyond), the following programs are moved to the obsolete section of the Course Sections > CTE Reporting Information:

• State Co-op Ed. Skill Standards - DPI Employability Skills

• State Co-op Ed. Skill Standards - DPI Occupational

• State Co-op Ed. Skill Standards - DPI Youth Leadership

The Course Registrations > Edit Enrollment Record > CTE Program for students in sections that have the above programs selected, the programs will show in the Obsolete Programs section regardless of school year.

PI-1804 Update

PI-1804 Summer School - CSV Version: 1.6

The PI-1804 Summer School – CSV report is updated to mimic the 1804 WI Academic Courses tab of the DPI summer school spreadsheet with the following fixes:

• If run before the End of Year Process, the student’s grade is reported by Scheduling Settings > Next Year Grade, per DPI. If Next Year Grade is 99, it will report as Grade 12.

• Enrollment in 2a and 2b are corrected.

• Non-resident records recorded on the Mid-Year Residency Status Changes section of the Pupil Count Student Information page are now included.

The PI-1804 Summer School PDF version is moved to the Obsolete WI Reports section.

Student Contacts Data Publishing Update

The Student Contacts publishing is updated. Duplicate phone numbers are suppressed during data publishing to prevent errors caused by unique constraint violations.
