State Reporting 25.9.1.0 Release Notes

Student School Association

Logic has been implemented to publish entryGradeLevelDescriptor as EE in the Student School Association record when the following conditions are met:

• The student’s grade level is less than 0 (e.g. PreK), and

• The student is receiving IEP services (i.e., the IEP dropdown value is ‘Yes' on the Support Services tab of the Vermont Support Services page or on the Student’s Enrollment Page)

This implementation has been designed to bypass codeset mapping for this specific use case. All other scenarios continue to follow standard codeset mapping rules.

This behavior aligns with the logic previously used in the 05_PS_GradeProg report.

PSSR-403227

Ed-Fi - Staff Assignments to publish FTE values based on role FTE

The fullTimeEquivalency field in the Staff Assignment resource has been configured to pull values from the Role FTE field on the staff member’s Vermont Position Roles page.
This field has previously been incorrectly mapped to the School FTE field on the Place of Service page.
The corrected data aligns with the values previously reported in the 11_POS EdFusion report under the element POSFTE.

Ed-Fi: Fix Implemented for Student Program Association Publishing with Reporting School Overrides

A fix has been implemented to address publishing issues in Student Program Association records for students with a Reporting School Override who have transitioned from a non-reporting school in the prior year to a reporting school in the current year.

Previously, release 25.8.1 had only resolved cases where students remained in the same excluded school across years.
Students affected by school transitions have now been successfully published without triggering the "Dependency on Invalid School ID" error.

Ed-Fi - Student Grades in Dependency on Grade Periods

As part of this ticket, Student grades will publish without grading period dependency due to reporting term mapping.

Ed-Fi - Student Program Views Removed from Data Exchange Dashboard

The following Student Programs views have been removed from the Data Exchange Dashboard

• Student Career Education Programs

• Student Special Ed Programs

• Student Language Instruction Programs

• Student Migration Programs

• Student Neglected or Delinquent Programs

These views have been removed because these programs are not currently required to be published via Ed-Fi for Vermont.
