All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output

• The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run.

• If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.

VT Ed-Fi: Update in Staff Selection Criteria for publishing

For a Staff profile in PS SIS to be considered for publishing via Ed-Fi, the following conditions must be met:

Staff Demographics Page

1. Staff Type: Must be either 1 - Teacher, or 2 - Staff.

2. Status: Must be Active.

   • If the Status is Inactive, the Staff can still be considered for publishing if:

     • The Employee Ending Date on the VT State Information page is not Null.

     • The Employee Beginning Date is greater than July 1 of the current year.

Vermont Staff Place of Service Page

1. Position Begin Date: Must be greater than or equal to the Term Start Date.

2. Position End Date: Must be less than the Term End Date.

3. State Reporting: The staff should not be excluded from State Reporting.

Additional Updates

• Updated the mapping for Unified District values:

  • Previously, the system did not map the last alphabet in a Unified District's name (e.g., the 'A' in U072A or the 'B' in U072B).

  • This has been resolved:

    • U072A will be replaced with 10721.

    • U072B will be replaced with 10722.

    • And so on.

VT EdFi: Error 409 When Publishing Discipline Incident

An Error 409 occurs when publishing Discipline Incident records in VT EdFi, with the message indicating that the value supplied for the related 'Staff' resource does not exist. Despite both staff members being admin users in different security groups, the system behavior regarding access privileges is unclear. This results in errors in publishing for one staff member while the other staff member's records are published successfully.
