Staff Legal fields now correctly align with the assigned Group, ensuring proper visibility and functionality. Previously, these fields were accessible to a group without permission to view the Staff Demographics page, but this issue has been resolved.

A new field Student Demographic Data As Of Date: is displayed on the ed-fi dashboard which is the reporting period date based on which the student demographic publishing happens. This field is displayed only for New Mexico state.

1.Records are publishing for the day without attendance being marked , This case is only if there is record present in the 'PS_ADAADM_DEFAULTS_ALL' table for that day in this case we are sending SNE as default value so they must have code set mapping for SNE this is same as 7_PS_Att report

if student is ‘ABS' without any absent category, during student CC enrollment, then the ABSCATID will show 'SNE’.

1. priority for attendance category as below

   1. 'Suspended'

   2. 'Excused Absence'

   3. 'Unexcused Absence'

   4. 'Expelled'

   5. ‘SNE’

   6. if they do not have any attendance category mentioned above then what ever attendance category they mapped that will publish. if they check more than one check box then only one record will publish based on the sort order of attendance category
