All States: Updates to the Discipline Incident Letter

Discipline Incident Letter (Version: 1.4)

The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an Incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

VT Ed-Fi - Staff Section and Employment Association logic update

The selection criteria for Teacher Section and Staff Education Employment Association have been updated as follows:

• Number of Students Enrolled: Must be greater than 1.

• Exclude from Stored Grade: For both section and course, this should be not be excluded.

• Exclude from Ed-Fi: Should not be applied to sections and courses

• On the Vermont Staff Place of Service Page:

  • Position Begin Date: Must be greater than or equal to the Term Start Date.

  • Position End Date: Must be less than the Term End Date.

  • State Reporting: The staff should not be excluded from State Reporting.

As part of this ticket changes are done to publish student grades, where student has taken the course.
