PSSR-411673 | Ed-Fi Framework: Student Page Publish All Records Feature Update | The Publish All Records button on the Student Publishing page will now include on-demand category records such as attendance, transcripts, and others. PSSR-415186 | Ed-Fi: Resolved Data Issue for Student School Food Service Program Associations | Fixed an isolated issue that occurred while populating supporting values for Student School Food Service Program Associations. This error, which was caused by a subquery returning multiple rows, affected only a few districts under specific conditions. |
PSSR-367605 | Ed-Fi Publishing Updated to Include Only Designated Student Programs | The system has been enhanced to ensure that only the following designated programs are published to Ed-Fi:
Previously, programs from the Special Programs page were also selected for publishing, which led to unintended data sharing. With this update, only the listed programs are published. |
PSSR-386897 | Ed-Fi: Student Contacts Dependency update | A bug that prevented student contacts from being published when the data length in the contactRestrictions element within student contact associations exceeded 250 characters has been fixed. This data is sourced from the notes section in the actions popup on the Contact Management page. Previously, such contacts were incorrectly listed under dependencies during publishing, leading to errors and requiring manual intervention. With this update, values longer than 250 characters are now truncated, ensuring that contacts are published successfully without appearing in dependency lists. |
