All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC 23-24 Report

The CRDC 23-24 Report failed because of the minimum length constraints on the course name and number fields. This issue has now been resolved.

If multiple participants and behaviors were associated, the behaviors and actions would duplicate in the Incident Profile Report output. This issue has now been resolved.

 VT - EdFi- Excluded Courses Attempting To Publish Staff Sections

Courses marked as "Exclude from Ed-Fi," including homeroom courses, were mistakenly attempting to publish Staff Sections with a dependency on Staff Unique ID, despite the staff having a State Assigned Staff ID and no such dependency in their other published sections. This issue has been corrected with the latest update, ensuring that any courses marked as "Exclude from Ed-Fi" will no longer attempt to publish the Staff Sections.

Updated Ed-Fi processing to no longer check for enrollments in Course offerings and Sections as this was causing student section dependencies. All sections will be published now.

VT Ed-Fi : New Code Set Mapping for Attendance Event Category Descriptors

The Code Set Mapping page now includes mapping for Attendance Event Category Descriptors. This feature enables districts to align their local attendance codes with those required for state reporting.

Note: Changes to the Attendance Event Category Descriptors mapping will be reflected when publishing both School and Section Attendance via Ed-Fi.
