A fix has been implemented to address publishing issues in Student Program Association records for students with a Reporting School Override who have transitioned from a non-reporting school in the prior year to a reporting school in the current year.

Ed-Fi: Inactive staff not publishing Staff Assignment and Employment Resources

Inactive staff members without teaching history in the prior year were previously publishing only the Staff resource, while associated records such as Staff Employment, Staff Assignment, and Staff School were excluded. The publishing framework has been updated to ensure all relevant staff records are included, regardless of the teaching history, improving data consistency.

Ed-Fi: Responsible School Ed-Fi Publishing Enhanced for State Tab ADM Districts

For districts using the State Tabs (AOE child table) as the Source of ADM, the Responsible School Ed-Fi publishing logic has been enhanced. While it continues to reference AOE Census History as the primary source, it now automatically falls back to the Enrollment History page when no historical records are found. This update ensures student responsible schools resource publishes even when there is no data in the AOE census history page.
