Credit Accommodation Code Automatically Copied During EOY

The End-of-Year (EOY) process has been updated to automatically copy the student’s Credit Accommodation Code from [S_VA_STU_X]CreditAccommodation to [S_VA_REN_X]CreditAccommodation. The field is now also available on reenrollment pages under the Legacy section

The SRC report has been updated to align with DOE 2025–26 requirements:

• Discontinued Columns:

  • Advanced Placement Code

  • IB Code

  • Cambridge Programme Code

  • UCGS/Associates Degree Flag

  • Special Permission Locally Awarded Verified Credits

  • Credit Accommodation Codes

• New Columns Added:

  • Post Secondary Attainment Code

  • Foreign Exchange Program Participation Flag

Report headers and logic have been updated accordingly

The report has been updated to align with new DOE requirements:
The Gender field is now referred to as Sex.
For students whose gender is set to Other (A), the Sex Code column will now display a blank value instead of “A”.

VA SOL Test Category Dropdown updated to Display All Categories

The SOL Test Category dropdown is fixed to display all categories defined on the Test Categories page. The dropdown now correctly shows all categories set on the Test Categories page.
