All States: Skip Logic Updates to the CRDC 23-24 Report

Skip Level Logic has been implemented on the below-mentioned criteria:

ENRL Elements:

• Overall Student Enrollment – English Learners (EL) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-2a: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - All EL Students

  • ENRL-2b: Enrollment of English Learners (EL) - EL Students in Programs

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (IDEA) Equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3a: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – IDEA

• Overall Student Enrollment - Disabilities (Section 504 Only) equals zero – Skip the following:

  • ENRL-3b: Enrollment of Students with Disabilities – Section 504 Only

PENR Elements:

• If PENR-1: Gifted and Talented Programs Indicator = “No” skip PENR-2: Gifted and Talented Student Enrollment.

• If PENR-3: Dual Enrollment Program Indicator = “No” skip PENR-4: Student Enrollment in Dual Enrollment Programs.

Add Column to SOL Test ASGMT Page to Indicate Student Accommodations Display

The SOL Test ASGMT tab has been updated to include a new Accommodations column in both the Tests Assigned Based on Student's Enrollment and Tests Assigned to the Student (Outside of Class Enrollment) tables, to indicate if the selected student has any testing accommodations.

CRDC Report (2023-2024): Version 1.3.1

The CRDC Report (2023-2024) has been updated to pull a student's actual grade level rather than relying on the school's grade range. This improvement ensures that all COUR-related fields accurately reflect counts.

Virginia SIF Unity has updated race codes to align with CEDS. Previously, race codes were published as numeric values; they will now be published as race names.

SIF Unity Framework: New Special Operation - Purge SIF Messages

A new job has been implemented to automatically purge the request table at a 15-day interval. Additionally, a new option, "Purge SIF Messages," has been added under System Management > Data Exchange > Special Operations, allowing customers to manually purge the SIF request table as needed.
