 Master Schedule Collection - Incorrect Credit Awarded Flag

Master Schedule Collection Reporting: Version 3.3
The VA Master Schedule Collection (F Record) logic has been updated to address an issue where students were incorrectly reported with Credit Awarded = Y. The logic now correctly assigns Credit Awarded = N for such records.

New Report: Vendor Test Collection

Vendor Test Collection: Version 1.0
VA Student Assessment Outcome Report: Version 1.1

  • A new Vendor Test Collection report has been added under VA Compliance Reports to support state assessment reporting. The Vendor Test Collection provides school divisions the opportunity to submit scores for those students who took ASVAB, AP, IB, and CLEP tests and use the results in the SPSF 3E calculation.

  • The Substitute Test template has been moved to the Legacy section.

  • “Beta” label has been removed from the VA Student Assessment Outcome Report.

SBAR Report: Include Offender Students Without Associated Behavior/Action Records

Student Behavior and Administrative Response Data Collection (SBAR): Version 2.1
The VA SBAR report has been enhanced with a new runtime parameter: "Include Offenders with No Behavior/No Action". This allows districts to optionally include students marked as offenders, even if their incident records are incomplete. When enabled, the report will include offenders without Associated Behavior/Action Records.

PSSR-394897

VA SIF Profile Updated with Additional School Years

The SIF Profile for Virginia has been updated to include additional school years: 2025–26, 2026–27, and 2027–28. After enabling the SIF Dashboard, these years are now available for selection in the General Setup page under Data Exchange, ensuring proper configuration for upcoming school years.
