State Reporting 25.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-385446	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 25.1	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.1 or later. PSSR-400483	Grade Level Extracted from the Test Score Page	Vendor Test Collection: Version 1.1 The Vendor Test Collection report logic has been updated to retrieve Grade Level from the Test Score page instead of the Students table.
PSSR-400844	MSC Updates – Target Language Field Added, 50% Course Enrollment Override Moved to Legacy	The Virginia Master Schedule Collection (MSC) has been updated to align with VDOE’s 2025–26 requirements: New Target Language Field: A drop-down list has been added under the MSC section on Course and Section pages, allowing selection of target language values 50% Course Enrollment Override: This field has been removed from all student pages and relocated to a new Legacy section.
PSSR-379927	SIF: Update to Logic for Grade Level Code TT	When the VA Grade Level Code field on the student’s current enrollment record is set to TT, the value that is published is now set to TT. The previous value reported was PG.
PSSR-400481	Updates to VA SRC Template for 2025-2026 DOE Requirements	The current and previous enrollment pages have been updated to include the Foreign Exchange Program Flag.
