This data view represents accommodations associated with a student and a specific assessment. The Student Accommodations resource publishes references to the education organization, student, assessment, and accommodation descriptor.
Accommodations are considered for publishing when the student meets at least one of the program eligibility criteria below and has an accommodation selected for an applicable assessment. The Alternate Tester accommodation is not published from SIS.

Selection Criteria
Records are considered for publishing when all applicable criteria are met:

The student has an enrollment record included in the Indiana Ed-Fi publishing process for the school.

The student's Indiana student identifier must resolve for the required studentUniqueId reference. Records may be held as dependencies until the student and school association prerequisites are met.

The student has at least one of the following qualifying program records:

Section 504: A Section 504 plan whose start and end dates overlap the school's term. The start date must be on or before the term's last day. The end date must be blank or on or after the term's first day.

MLL (Multilingual Learner): An MLL program record with an instructional program, dates overlapping the student's enrollment, and no MLL transfer exclusion. The district must also select Enable MLL Publishing from SIS in District Management > District Setup > District Info. This option is unchecked by default; when it is not selected, PSSP remains the source for MLL accommodations.

Special Education - Choice Voucher: A Special Education evaluation with placement 99 (Choice Voucher) for the school. The record must meet the applicable termination-date and IEP review or parental consent date checks, must not be excluded from Ed-Fi, and the Choice Scholarship Student field must be Yes or blank.

The accommodation must be selected for an applicable assessment and match an accommodation configured for that assessment and school year.

The Alternate Tester accommodation is excluded from SIS publishing for all assessments.
The program criteria are alternatives: a student who qualifies through any one of the three program types can be considered for accommodation publishing. Assessment-specific rules still apply.

The resource depends on the student's Student School Association. If that association has not published successfully, review the dependency information in the Ed-Fi dashboard.

Use the Indiana Ed-Fi dashboard's Student Accommodations views to review published records, records waiting on dependencies, and transaction errors.

Districts can publish records using the standard Ed-Fi dashboard publishing workflow, including Run Now where available.
