How To Indicate End of Course (EOC) Testing Will Be Taken Online

End of Course (EOC) online testing can be marked in three different ways. Only one method is required but combinations of the three can be used depending on local preference. Here are the three ways:

1. Mark the Course EOC Online Indicator – this indicator means every section of the course and every student in the section will be indicated as taking the EOC Online when you mark the course, using the Course Edit page.[S_GA_CRS_X.EOCT_OnlineInd; a checked box is value 1]
   
   
2. Mark the Section EOC Online Indicator – this indicator means every student in that section will be indicated as taking the EOC Online when you mark the section, using the Section Edit page.

3. Mark the Student EOC Online Indicator – indicated when you mark the individual course/section for that student, using the Course Enrollment Data page. The column is labeled EOC Online.

If 100% of sections and students will be taking the EOC  online (or 100% are not), you can mark at the course level. If some sections are EOC online and some are paper, but 100% of the students in the EOC online section are the same, you can mark it at the section level. If you have some students in a section that are paper and some that are EOC online, you have to mark it on the individual student.
