Students Start Page

Introduction

Start Page > Student.

  1. On the Start Page, select the School link at the top of the page.
  2. Choose the appropriate school from the pop-up menu.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Select the desired student program search.
  5. Enter the desired search options.
  6. Click Select.
  7. Select a student from the list. The last accessed student information page opens for the student selected.

Used in these Reports

The Program options pop-up includes a count of students who will be selected on the Select button. The selection includes all students who have a program record that matches at least one of the selected “include” options.

Program specific options are listed below. All student searches include the following options:

  • In [Program] during:
    • Current Term: Select students with program records that overlap the selected term. (Default)
    • Current Year: Select students with program records that overlap the selected year.
    • Any Term: Select students with program records regardless of enrollment date and exit date.
  • Currently Active Students Only:
    • Checked: Only select students who are active.
    • Not Checked: Select students regardless of enrollment status.
  • Students must be enrolled at the current school, or the current school must be the district office.

504 Students

Choose this student search to find students participating in the Section 504 program.

Available Options include:

  • in 504 during (Choose Term)
  • Currently active students only
  • Marked as 504 program enrollment.
  • Include No Programs (for students that do not have any other 504 testing)

How it works: All the 504 Programs boxes are unchecked by default. When all of them are unchecked they are ignored, the population of students returned being solely dependent on the other fields.

EIP Students

Choose this student search to find students participating in the EIP program.

Available Options include:

  • Marked as EIP program enrollment.
  • Include blank (for students that do not have a value for the EIP Subject Code)
  • Include EIP Subject Code 1 - Reading.
  • Include EIP Subject Code 2 – mathematics
  • Include EIP Subject Code 3 – Reading and mathematics.

How it works: All the EIP Subject Code boxes are unchecked by default. When all of them are unchecked they are ignored, the population of students returned being solely dependent on the other fields.

ESOL Students

Choose this student search to find students participating in the EL/ESOL program.

Available Options include:

  • Marked as ESOL (unchecked by default).
  • Options which may be included for EL Status:

Blank
Y - Yes (default)
N - No
M - Monitored
F - Former EL Student, no longer monitored

  • Options which may be included for EL Monitor Year:

Blank
Year 1
Year 2

  • Options which may be included for EL Monitor Basis:

Blank
1 - ACCESS for EL proficiency
2 - Language Assessment Conference
3 - Student who exited out-of-state or from a non-public school

  • Options which may be included for ESOL Program Refusal Detail:

1 - Parent refusal - indirectly served
2 - Language support provided in Special Education
3 - Language support by non-ESOL endorsed/certified teacher
4 - Language support via a non-state approved model
5 - Provided no language support

How it works: All the EL Status (with the exception of the include Yes) - EL Monitor Year, EL Monitor Basis, ESOL Status, ESOL Program Refusal Detail boxes are unchecked by default. When all of them are unchecked they are ignored, the population of students returned being solely dependent on the other fields.

Choose this student search to find students participating in the Gifted program.

Available Options include:

  • Marked as Gifted.
  • Options which may be included for Gifted Referral Code:

9 - Not Referred
1 - Referred by System's Automatic Referral Procedure
2 - Referred by Teacher
3 - Referred by Parent/Guardian
4 - Referred by Self
5 - Referred by Peer
6 - Referred by Other

  • Options which may be included for Gifted Eligibility Code:

9 - Not Eligible
2 - Initial Eligibility Established This Year
3 - Initial Eligibility Established In A Previous Year
4 - Referred This Year, But Not Eligible
5 - Referred in prior year, but not eligible

  • Options which may be included for Gifted Service Code:

Blank
1 - Served this year
2 - Not served this year

  • The selected school is the school associated with the record, or the district office is selected.
