Choice School Students Page - Address Opt Out

A new drop-down list is added to the Choice School Student Page to opt-out of the state address collection at the student level. Use this opt out when the District or School has opted in and an individual student has opted out for the purposes of address collection.

• The CTE Participant field is moved from the Obsolete section of the PI-1330R page to the current Career Technical Education (CTE) page ([S_WI_STU_CTEERS_X]VE_Participant).

• A new field, CTE Participant. is added to the Edit Previous Enrollment page ([S_WI_REN_CTEERS_X]VE_Participant).

District and School - Address Collection

The following updates are made:

• A new field is added to the District Info page to opt-in to the state address collection. The default is set to opt-out. This settings applies to all students.

• A new field is added to the Schools/School Info page to opt-in or opt-out of the state address collection. Schools use the District setting unless the District has opted in and the School chooses to opt out. This setting applies to all students.

The following updates are made:

• A new dual enrollment program, Out-of-state Dual Enrollment, is added to Dual Enrollment Credit.

• Dual Enrollment Program names are updated as per DPI.
