State Reporting 20.6.2.0 Release Notes

A new drop-down list is added to the Choice School Student Page to opt-out of the state address collection at the student level. Use this opt out when the District or School has opted in and an individual student has opted out for the purposes of address collection.

• The CTE Participant field is moved from the Obsolete section of the PI-1330R page to the current Career Technical Education (CTE) page ([S_WI_STU_CTEERS_X]VE_Participant).
• A new field, CTE Participant. is added to the Edit Previous Enrollment page ([S_WI_REN_CTEERS_X]VE_Participant).

A new drop-down list is added to the Edit Current Enrollment page to opt-out of the state address collection at the student level. Use this opt out when the District or School has opted in and an individual student has opted out for the purposes of address collection.

The following updates are made:

• A new field is added to the District Info page to opt-in to the state address collection. The default is set to opt-out. This settings applies to all students.
• A new field is added to the Schools/School Info page to opt-in or opt-out of the state address collection. Schools use the District setting unless the District has opted in and the School chooses to opt out. This setting applies to all students.

The following updates are made:

• A new dual enrollment program, Out-of-state Dual Enrollment, is added to Dual Enrollment Credit.
• Dual Enrollment Program names are updated as per DPI.

Ed-FI now publishes the TermCompletionIndicator element for School Term Completion for the school year 2020-2021 and beyond.

There is a new Run All button on the header of each section of the Ed-Fi dashboard. Click this button to download and publish section resources with the following options:

• Publish Missing
• Publish All
• Publish Errors
• Publish Dependencies

The report is updated as per the Department of Health and Services.

The following updates are made to SPED Education Environment Classification:

• The text for Ages 6-21 is updated to “Ages 6-21 (May include age 5. For age 5 classification see Explain link.)”
• An Explain field is added to provide additional information and to provide a link to the DPI Educational Environment Classification page.
