CTE Profile Report: Version 1.2

The following update is made to the CTE Profile Report:

• An option is added to include students in grades 9–12.

CTE Participants will be identified by WISEdata based on data submitted by your District through Organization Schedules and Student Sections. The CTE Participant Field is no longer required and is moved to the Obsolete section on the following pages:

• Career Technical Education (CTE)
• Edit Previous Enrollment

Ed-Fi now correctly publishes the student's records if the student is an early graduate and is transferred to the Graduated Students School.

An invalid Begin Date dependency was shown at different times on the SPED record when the Begin Date was valid. This has been corrected, and the records will no longer be in dependency when the Begin Date is valid.

District Graduation Plan (2020-2021 and later) will now be published through Ed-Fi.

The following updates are made for 2020-2021 on Sections resource

• New program: 'Out-of-state Dual Enrollment'
• 'WI' inserted into several existing program names
• ProgramType remains 'Dual' (Dual Enrollment)

Student address publishing has been added to the StudentEducationOrganizationAssociations resource and follows these rules:

• Do not publish for school years previous to 20-21
• Public and Choice schools
• Publish only if the district, school, and student opt-in for address collection
  • The district must opt-in for the publishing of address information to DPI on the District Info page.
  • The school must opt-in for the publishing of address information to DPI on the School Info page, or the school must be blank and the District Level is set to publish.
  • The student must be opted in on the Choice Student page or be blank and the District or School opted in.

When the DEX plugin is disabled, the name of the State Reporting tab under System reports will change to "State" and will move to the center tab, where it was previously located.

Performance improvements have been made in the Dependency-Check Processor for the Ed-Fi Framework. This improves the efficiency at which dependencies are checked and processed.

A new page is created for Districts to submit graduation requirements to DPI via Ed-Fi.

When running the Student Level Field update an incorrect error appears stating “This process cannot be run after October 1st”. This issue is resolved, and the report runs as expected.
