State Reporting 20.2.2.0 Release Notes

Current attendance calculations now include the attendance for classes taken in another school if Prefs ATT_CalcCntAttOthSchEnrThisSch = 1 for the selected school and year. Otherwise, attendance calculations is considered from the current school.

While publishing grades, a unique constraint violation error appears due to multiple records in CC table for the dropped and enrolled classes. This issue is resolved in the script to produce a unique record even if a student is enrolled in a class, dropped out of the class, and then enrolled back into the same class.

Now you can add Birth Order and remove Ethnicity in the WISEId Candidate List Page .

The report is updated to use Student Contacts and will report Parent 1.

Districts have the option to utilize Student Contacts for state reporting. Student Contacts will need to be enabled from the District Office and will require contact relationship value set up to use this feature.
