Attendance Register Report: Version 4.3

We have updated the Attendance Register reports to improve the accuracy of ADA (Average Daily Attendance) and ADM (Average Daily Membership) calculations.

What’s New:

Inclusion of Passing Time: Instructional time now includes passing time between classes, ensuring a more accurate reflection of the time students spent in school.

Data Source: Passing time is automatically pulled from the Bell Schedule for each period and added to the instructional time during report processing.

This enhancement applies to all Attendance Register reports and ensures that only lunch periods are excluded from instructional time, aligning attendance metrics more closely with student’s actual presence and engagement.
