PSSR-415883	SIF Unity: Student Participation Update	The Student Participation Object has been updated, and the Lunch Program publishes when the Lunch Status is Full Pay, the Lunch Eligibility is NA - Not eligible for Free or Reduced lunch, and Economic Disadvantage is No. For students who are full pay and NOT identified as Economically Disadvantaged, we now publish a Child Nutrition Program record with a Program Placement Reason of FRNA with the corresponding program start and end dates and FreeAndReducedStatus of Full Price.
