Discipline Incident – Data Changes Implementation

Updated the system to automatically publish Discipline Incident objects when data changes are detected. The process uses Data Exchange to ensure updated values are sent to the State ODS without manual intervention.

Incident Management Query Export Updated

The OK Incident Management Query export now includes both Race and Ethnicity data. A new Fed-Ethnicity column has been added to the report, displaying values as:

• -1: Not Specified

• 0: No

• 1: Yes

The existing Race column remains unchanged.

The State Audit reports have been updated to correctly process the Time Between Periods. A new function has been introduced to ensure accurate calculation in the following scenarios:

• When there is a record in the Attendance table indicating the student was marked present or absent.

• When there is no record in the Attendance table, assuming the student is present by default.

The Student Attendance Summary (SAS) and the Student Daily Attendance (SDA) SIF objects are also updated to process the Time Between Periods correctly.

Validation for Instructional Minutes on Compliance Tab

Updated validation logic on the Compliance tab in District Setup > School Info. The error message for missing Instructional Minutes (Enter Total for Year) and Instructional Minutes Per Day now displays only when School Accreditation Status is set to Accredited. The message no longer appears when the status is Non-Accredited. Each field is validated individually.

Validation Messages for School Accreditation Status

Validation messages on the Compliance tab in District Setup > School Info now display consistently. When School Accreditation Status is set to Accredited, Start Date and End Date fields require valid entries. When the status is Non-Accredited, these fields are not required, and error messages no longer persist after submission.

Corrected Absence Calculation in SIF Unity Attendance Resources

Student Daily Attendance and Student Attendance Summary now calculate attendance correctly when the Time Between Periods feature is enabled. The fix ensures passing time is included in attendance values, preventing miscounted absences.

This update aligns SIF Unity resources with the logic implemented in Attendance Register and Transportation Register.
