PSSR-385856 | Fixed Page Permission Issue on OK Lunch Program | Updated the OK Lunch Program page to honor Edit access when configured through Field Level Security. Users with Edit permissions can now use the pencil icon to modify lunch changes and update related fields. |
PSSR-413502 | Improved Publishing Logic for Lunch Program and Economic Disadvantaged Records | Publishing from Lunch History now includes only records relevant to the current school year or those carried over from the previous year. Records with blank end dates from prior years are no longer published, reducing unnecessary cleanup. Additionally, a cleanup script is available to update older Lunch History records with missing end dates. This script sets an end date one day before the next record’s start date, ensuring accurate history tracking. |
