PSSR-440821	Final Grade Store Code Mapping Record Copy & Generate Functionality	Additional Reference: PSSR-440822 Functionality is now available on the Final Grade Store Code page allow that allows end users to create Final Grade Store Code Mapping records via the following new methods: Copy Final Grade Store Code records - This functionality allows an end user to select a source year from which the Final Grade Store Code Mappin records will be copied. Upon selecting the “copy” button, the records that existed for the selected target year will be copied to the current year. Note: It is important to note that the year selected as the “Source year” should be verified to have the correct Final Grade Store Code mapping records. Generate Final Grade Store Code records -This functionality will create the Final Grade Store Code Mapping records based on the given school’s Years and Terms setup. The functionality will create a Final Grade Store Code Mapping record for each Term record that exists and it will determine the store codes to use by taking the term abbreviation from the applicable term record. For example, if a Semester 1 term exists in Years and Terms and the abbreviation is “S1”, the functionality will use S1 for that store code. Additionally, when determining what Store Code values to use for the generated records, the values will consist of a comma separated list of term abbreviations for the corresponding term record and every term record that falls within the corresponding term record time frame. As an example, if a school has semesters and quarters defined and we use S1 as the example, the generated store code list would be S1,Q1,Q2. Using the full-year term as the example, and semester and quarter terms exist, the generated store code list would be Y1,S1,S2,Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4. Note regarding the full-year term - The functionality will use Y1 for the store code that will represent the full-year term. This is because is it common for the full-year term to have an abbreviation like 26-27 but stored grade store codes must be an alpha character and a numeric character. Note: Districts can select one of the above methods to use, but both do not need to be used. It’s important to note that each time one of the mechanisms above is used, it will overwrite any Final Grade Store Code Mapping records that exist. It is also still possible to manually create the Final Grade Store Cod Mapping records if that is preferred.
PSSR-430716	Incident Management Seeding Script WHERE Clause Update	The Incident Management code seeding script has been updated to key off of additional fields when updating and inserting new codes so that it doesn’t inadvertently update a code that was manually created that happens to have the same internal code ID.
PSSR-440867	NOVA - Student Program data publishing discrepancies pre & post PS EOY	The T1A record publishing logic has been updated and now all studentProgramAssociation (Student Program) records will publish the same numbers pre and post PowerSchool EOY..
