Ed-Fi Framework: Resolved Incorrect 403 Error Issue

Ed-Fi school related records, such as calendars and schedules, now show as Error instead of Published when the Ed-Fi ODS rejects them.

Note: This fix only affects records published after the latest update. Records already marked as Published before the update will stay on the Published dashboard.

Ed-Fi Framework: Staff Contact Publishing via Publish Selection

Fixed an issue where district level Staff Contact records failed to publish during Publish Selection. District staff contact records now publish as expected alongside school associations.

New Validation for Student Instruction Type Records

The Student Instruction Type page now validates each record before saving to ensure each student has only one valid Instruction Type per period.

Navigation: Student > Compliance > Instruction Type

When you create or edit an Instruction Type record, the system blocks the save in these cases:

• Start Date is blank: Start Date is required.

• End Date is blank: End Date is required.

• Start Date is after End Date: Start Date must be on or before End Date.

• End Date is before Start Date: End Date must be on or after Start Date.

• Dates overlap another Instruction Type record for the same student: An Instruction Type record already exists for the selected date range. Adjust the dates to avoid overlap.

The system shows a warning but still lets you save in this case:

• The selected Instruction Type matches the school-level Instruction Type setting: Warning: The selected Instruction Type matches the school-level setting. Confirm an additional Instruction Type record is needed before saving.

NMPreK Participant options now match on the MISC and Programs Fact tabs

The NMPreK Participant field on the MISC tab now shows the same options as the matching field on the Programs Fact tab. Users now see one consistent set of valid options in both places.
