A new Archive option in Ed-Fi profile configuration helps districts manage older school year data and improve current-year publishing performance. The Archive button now appears alongside Edit and Delete for each Ed‑Fi profile. Please refer to the help guide for details.

Ed-Fi Framework: View‑Only Archived Data Page

A new Archived Data page is now available under System Management > Data Exchange > Archived Data. This page is read-only, allowing administrators to filter and review archived Ed‑Fi data for monitoring and audit purposes, without any option to republish or delete records.

Incident Management Code Updates

The following Incident Management Code updates are now implemented.

Behavior Code Updates:

• 13 - Disorderly Conduct updates

  • The update will ensure the State Reportable checkbox, at the district-level, is checked.

  • The update will clear out any End Date, at the district-level, that may have been mistakenly entered.

• Duration Code updates

  • All Duration Codes other than Day(s)^, that have been seeded by Compliance, are updated as follows:

    • An End Date value of 07/01/2025 will be added.

    • The “State Reportable” checkbox is now unchecked

  • Note on why these changes were made - PED wants action durations in days so any Duration code that is not Day(s)^ should not be used.

  • Additional Note - In additional to the code changes noted above, publishing logic are also being made and will be shipped in an upcoming release. The Ed-Fi logic changes will catch any Action that is publishing, but has a Duration Code that is not Day(s)^, and put it in Dependency status with the following dependency message:

    • Duration Code is not Days^; Update the action Duration Code to Day(s)^ and update the Actual and/or Assigned Duration fields accordingly.
