The State Reports Menu is updated to remove all legacy reports that have been rewritten in SRP including the removal of the Deprecated Reports group on the menu. All rewritten reports have been updated with the removal of the “BETA” indicator and their version numbers have been set to 1.0.

The Attendance Reports and Student Records are updated with:

• A new district preference, Include Virtual Absences, which controls the display of Virtual Absence and its inclusion in Total Absence columns in reports and UI elements.

• The preference is now visible on the A+ page and Attendance Audit UI, positioned to the right of the other preferences.

• The Truncate or Round logic has been removed and is updated to use Standard Daily Rounding.

• The Virtual Absence calculation is updated to: Virtual Hours – Virtual Attendance after Standard Daily Rounding (SDR).
