PSSR-295745 | Attendance Audit Summary (Beta) | Additional Reference: PSSR-38043, PSSR-188778 Attendance Audit Summary - BETA: Version 0.1b The Attendance Audit Summary is rewritten based on the pre-existing Student Attendance by School and Grade Level. Key Updates: Virtual Attendance Inclusion: The report now correctly calculates the total hours attended when virtual hours are included. The total hours attended will reflect the combined total of regular and virtual hours. Grade Level Reporting: Report output includes accurate attendance hours for each grade level, with clear distinctions between regular and virtual hours. Improved Error Handling: The issue where the total hours attended was incorrect for virtual hours has been resolved.
Additional Enhancements: Additional Features: Ability to run the report at the District Office with customizable options for multiple schools, residency statuses, and orientation (vertical or horizontal). Virtual Attendance Calculation: Adjustments to calculation methods based on district preferences (bell schedule or midpoint method).

PSSR-381332 | Kindergarten Readiness Validation | The Kindergarten Readiness validation will now only apply to students enrolled in Kindergarten (Grade 0). Previously, the validation was incorrectly triggering for non-Kindergarten students, preventing form submission. |
PSSR-362785 | 504 Accommodations Start and End Date Fields | The 504 Accommodations Start Date and End Date fields have been added to the IEP/Special Ed page. These fields allow for easy tracking and comparison of timelines for students transitioning from special education to receiving 504 accommodations. Navigation: State/Province - MO, IEP/Special Ed Key Updates: Start Date and End Date fields for 504 Accommodations are now available on the IEP/Special Ed page. Fields are located after the Section 504 field for clear comparison with special education program dates. Validation ensures the Start Date cannot be greater than the End Date and requires the Start Date if only the End Date is entered.

PSSR-361667 | Missouri Specific Immunization Rule Update for MCV (Meningococcal Conjugate) | The MCV immunization rules specific to Missouri (MO) have been implemented. Key Updates: Grades 8-11: One MCV dose is required, administered after 10 years of age. Grade 12: Two MCV doses are required unless the first dose was given after the student turned 16, in which case only one dose is needed. Minimum of one dose required, and maximum of two doses. Immunizations can be administered up to four days before the due date (ACIP/CDC grace period). Students marked as “in progress” require an Imm.P.14 form and must maintain scheduled appointments. Religious (Imm.P.11A) and Medical (Imm.P.12) exemptions are allowed.
