IEP/Special Ed Student Record Updates

A new SPED Entry Date field has been added to the Student IEP/Special Ed record, appearing directly above the existing SPED Exit Date.
To support accurate data entry, the system now validates that the SPED Entry Date is earlier than the SPED Exit Date.

Student Assignment Report Update

Student Assignment Report: Version 1.9

The Student Assignment Report now applies updated logic to improve the accuracy of the EDSSN element:

EDSSN is excluded when the Dual Credit Site is set to COLL, unless:
- The Section or Course Delivery System is V, VH, or begins with S.

This logic is applied at both the course and section levels to ensure EDSSN is only reported when required.
