Admins can now mark all types of Reports available under Compliance and Systems Reports as favorites.

All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report Update

The Office Visit Details report output is updated to return a message indicating “No records are found” if none of the students in the report have qualifying Office Visit records.

Additionally, the report description has been updated to include the following verbiage:

“It will include students who had office visits during the specified date range.”

Attendance Hours Calculation Updates

Student Enrollment and Attendance: Version 2.3

Attendance Audit Detail BETA: Version 0.3b

Attendance Audit Summary BETA: Version 0.4b

The Attendance Hours calculation is updated and now rounds the results of the division of minutes into hours to four decimal places instead of truncating at four decimal places.

Additionally, the Student Attendance Audit UI and the two audit reports are updated to display all attendance hours with four decimal places for consistency with the state format reported in the Student Enrollment and Attendance extract.

June Student Course Completion Updates

June Student Course Completion: Version 1.8

The June Student Course Completion report is updated with the following logic updates:

• Student grade levels of 0 are converted to K, KA, or KP and grade levels less than 0 are converted to PK, PKA, or PKP.

• CreditEarned and CreditScheduled are now formatted as 0.00.

• Report selection criteria now consider the state_excludefromreporting flag from the users extension rather than the deprecated column from the Missouri school staff extension.

Updates for Months in USA

Retired Fields Tab Improvements

• Field Relocation: The Override Number of Months in USA field has been moved from the ELL/Migrant tab to a new Retired Fields tab for reference only and removed completely from All MO Info.

• Improved Page Titles: Page headers now clearly display Retired Fields instead of placeholder red text, aligning with standard PowerSchool formatting.

• Updated Messaging: Informational notes have been restyled in blue to indicate that fields are no longer used for state reporting

ELL/Migrant Tab Improvements

• Cleaner Interface: The Override Number of Months in USA field is removed to reduce confusion.

• Dynamic Calculations: The Months in USA value is now automatically calculated and shown next to the Date of Entry into USA. It updates whenever the entry date changes.

Field Validation Enhancements

• ELL Exit Date and Primary Spoken Language fields now include enhanced validation (via psSpecialValidate) that prevents users from saving incomplete or incorrect data.
