DAT Tags for Attendance Reporting

DAT tags for attendance reporting now support both Full Year and Current Year Year-To-Date (YTD) options.

Full Year (existing): Returns values for the entire school year.
Current Year YTD (new): Returns values calculated up to the current date within the school year.

Enhancements include:

Accurate YTD attendance values.
Virtual Absences included in both YTD and Full Year values when enabled.
Consistent output across reports; existing reports using Full Year remain unaffected.

Technical Parameters:

studentId – always ~([students]id)
curYear – current school year (e.g., 35 = 2025–2026)
asOfDate – current (YTD) or endOfYear (Full Year)
dataToReturn – PRES (Hours Attended), ABS (Hours Absent), MEM (Membership), or PER (Attendance %)
