Student Incident Profile Report Version 1.8

The Yearly Medication Administration Report output was not displaying all the behavior codes associated with an incident correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Student A+ Attendance Updates

Store Historic A+ Attendance: Version 1.0

Aligned the Store Historic A+ Attendance report and Student A+ Program record calculations with the Student Enrollment and Attendance audit reports, reflecting attendance preferences for Virtual, Summer, and Daily/Meeting Attendance.

Additional Student A+ Program record updates include:

• Added calculation and attendance preference indicators like the Student Attendance Audit UI

• Added an “Appeal and Adjustments” header above related data

• Removed “Regular” from Hours Attended and Hours Absent headers

• Updated “Transfer” headers to specify Attendance and Absence

• Set all A+ attendance fields to display four decimal places for consistency

Student Core Extract Updates

Student Core Extract BETA: Version 0.2b

The Student Core Extract BETA is updated with refined selection criteria. The report now:

• Excludes students marked as excluded from state reporting.

• Includes students in the June collection who are enrolled in excluded schools or left the district before the school year ended but were enrolled in an included school during the reporting period.

• Does not limit the reported number of students.

June Student Discipline Incident Management Updates

June Student Discipline Incident Management: Version 1.4

The June Student Discipline Incident Management report is updated as follows:

Incident Criteria

• Incident Date must fall within the date range specified in the report parameters.

• Incident Type must be Missouri State Reporting^.

• Incident School must not be excluded from state reporting.

• Incident must include at least one Offender.

• Incidents occurring outside the student’s enrollment dates will still be included, using the student's current enrollment for reporting purposes.

Student Criteria

• Student must be enrolled during the date range defined in the report parameters.

• Enrollments at schools excluded from state reporting will not be included.

Behavior Criteria

• Behaviors must be assigned to an offender to be included.

• Incidents without behaviors will still be included in the report.

• Behaviors assigned to incidents of type Missouri State Reporting^ that are not state-reportable will be excluded.

• If behaviors are assigned to an offender but are not selected in the report’s behavior filter, the incident will be excluded.

Action Criteria

• Actions must be assigned to either an offender or a behavior to be included.

• Incidents without actions will still be included in the report.

• Actions tied to Missouri State Reporting^ incidents that are not state-reportable will be excluded.

• If actions are not selected in the report’s actions parameter, the incident will be excluded.

Optional (Extra Discipline) Data

• The following are optional and will be included if available:

  • Weapon Type

  • Length Removed

  • Modified Length

  • API

• Weapon Type and Length Removed can be filtered via user parameters. If filtered out, the associated incident will not be included in the report.
