All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output

• The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run.

• If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.

All States: Deprecated CRDC System Report

The CRDC Report from the System Report has now been removed to avoid confusion. The CRDC Reports are only available for the required states under the Compliance Reports or the State Reports screen.

CRDC Report Updates for Incident Management

CRDC Report (2023-2024): Version 1.0.2

A new field, CRDC Discipline Source is added to the district configuration. This allows districts to indicate if they want to use Logs or Incident Management for the CRDC 2023-2024 report.

The CRDC report is updated to calculate all discipline-related elements using data from Incident Management based on the new CRDC Discipline Source setting.

Incident Management Codes and Sub-Codes are updated for the 2023-2024 CRDC reporting cycle.

• Added Corporal Punishment as an action.

• Added sub-codes under the action of Expulsion.

• Added School Related Arrest as an action attribute.

• Added Basis of Gender Identity sub-code under Harassment, Bullying & Intimidation.

• Added behavior codes:

  • Robbery

  • Physical Attack

  • Threat of Physical Attack

• Added Explosive Device as an object.

• Updated action of Transfer to Alternative School, IDEA Students to Transfer to Alternative School **Do Not Use**

  • This action code will no longer be used in CRDC since the Transfer to Alternative School is now a sub-code of Expulsion.

MOSIS Student Core Extract Update

Student Core Extract: Version 6.0

The Student Core extract is updated to pull the Reading Success Plan (RSP) related fields as per the 2025 academic year requirements.

PSSR-313362

Staff Compliance Page Update

The Staff Compliance page is updated to support multiple position codes at a school.

• Schema Updates:

  • All data fields from the School Staff extension table are moved to the new School Staff Child table, except for the Exclude from State Reporting field.

  • The school year (YearID) is now included in the new table and so the records are school year qualified.

  • The Exclude from State Reporting field is relocated to the Users extension table.

• Validation Updates:

  • The record key for the School Staff Child table consists of:

    • School Year

    • School

    • Position Code

    • Program Type

  • This record key will be unique and validated through the UI to prevent duplicates.

• User Interface (UI) Updates:

  • The UI will display data for the selected school staff record, specific to the record accessed from the Start page.

  • For users with multiple school staff records, navigation will be allowed via individual school staff records.

  • The school staff extension data will remain view-only in the UI for user confirmation and will be fully removed in a subsequent release.

• Data Migration Script:

  • A script will populate the new School Staff Child table with existing data from the school staff extension, following these rules:

    • S_MO_SSF_X.state_excludefromreporting = 0

    • Records not linked to a school excluded from reporting or summer school.

    • Records with status = 1 in the school staff extension.

    • Default values:

      • Blank position codes = 60 (Teacher)

      • Blank position codes at district office = 10 (Central Office Administration)

      • Blank FTE values = 1

    • YearID for new entries = 34 (2024-2025 school year)

• Code Maintenance:

  • The Position Codes and Program Codes reside in the PS COMMON CODE table.

The data entry for the Reading Success Plan (RSP) related fields is updated to accurately reflect the new and expired codes for the 2025 academic year. This affects the following fields:
