Staff Legal fields now correctly align with the assigned Group, ensuring proper visibility and functionality. Previously, these fields were accessible to a group without permission to view the Staff Demographics page, but this issue has been resolved.

The Industry Recognized Credential code set is updated on the Career Ed record with additional codes, changes to incorrectly released codes and removal of retired codes from the set of active codes.

Attendance Audit Updates

This update introduces several usability and clarity improvements to the Attendance Audit.

• A new Virtual Absences column has been added to account for the residual percentage of attendance tracking.

• The Attendance Display now supports toggling between Full-Year and Current Date views for better context.

Key interface adjustments include:

• Repositioning the A+ indicator to the top of the section.

• Resolving visual inconsistencies in A/B day rotations, which previously showed red when attendance days were unmatched.

• The Summer School group no longer displays irrelevant Summer School preferences.

• An alert has been added to the Virtual Attendance (Bell Schedule Method Only) group when a Cycle Day or Bell Schedule is missing from the calendar.
