The Audit reports are updated and now require a school to be selected from the “Schools to Include” parameter when logged into the district office.

Student Enrollment and Attendance Needs To Pull Entry And Exit Dates

Student Enrollment and Attendance: Version 2.2

The Student Enrollment and Attendance Extract is updated to include the Entry Date and Exit Date values for a student when run for the August report cycle.

Student Core Extract Beta (New)

The Student Core Extract has been rewritten to align with SRP standards.

Key Updates:

• The Enrolled on Count Day element is now calculated correctly based on all student enrollment records.

• The “Include SPED Students” parameter is relabeled to “Include All Students.” The December report cycle includes all SPED students or all students when “Include All Students” is set to “Yes.”

• The extract calculates the “Months US Schools” for use within the extract only. The student ELL/Migrant record no longer updates as part of the extract.

• Students that graduate to the next school or register for summer schools remain included in the June reporting cycle.

• The “Foster” element is calculated correctly based on the current year foster records. Previous open-ended enrollment records are no longer considered.
