Discipline Incident Letter: Version: 1.4

The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

Student Enrollment and Attendance Updates

Student Enrollment and Attendance: Version 2.1

Enhancements and Fixes:

Exit Destination Comment Display

• The Student Enrollment and Attendance 2.1 report no longer includes the Exit Destination Comment when the Exit Code is blank.

Grade Level Reporting for PK Students

• The system now correctly reports PK grade levels during student selection and re-enrollment, resolving previous inconsistencies.

Virtual Attendance and Calculation Method Updates

• The SEA report now supports virtual attendance based on a new district preference.

• The following parameters have been removed for improved accuracy:

  • Include Virtual Attendance

  • Calculate Attendance using AMI/AMI-X plan

  • School Closure Date

• The Report Validation Errors? parameter is updated to Validations Only and now aligns with the Ed Core report for consistency.

Collection Updates

June Collection

• The system no longer extracts the following fields when the Exit Code is blank:

  • Exit Destination District Code

  • Exit Destination School Code

  • Exit Destination Comment

August Collection

• The following fields are now excluded to prevent state submission errors:

  • RegHrsAttended

  • RegHrsAbsent

  • RemHrsAttended

  • HrsInSession

  • EntryDate

  • EntryCode

  • ExitDate

  • ExitCode

  • ExitDestDistrictCode

  • ExitDestSchoolCode

  • ExitDestComment

  • SchoolChoice
