The report logic has been updated to ensure that students are included in the enrollment count if they:

• Were enrolled on the Snapshot Date OR

• Were enrolled on the IDEA Count Date (if entered) and identified as IDEA-eligible.

Course Assignment Extract Report: Version 2.4

The Course Assignment report is now updated to pull course credits correctly.

It pulls 0 credits for Co-Teachers and 0 credits for non-9-12 grades and school codes 3000–5999 in the October cycle.

It formats the credits less than 1 by prefixing them with 0. For example, 0.5 instead of .5.

IPV Polio Immunization Validation Fix

Fixed an issue where an incorrect validation message appeared after submitting IPV Polio immunization dates.

Missouri Specific Hepatitis B Immunization

Missouri-specific Hep-B immunization rules are now available:

Key Changes:

• System validates Missouri’s 3-dose requirement and minimum intervals:

  • Dose 1: At birth (within 24 hours).

  • Dose 2: ≥ 4 weeks after Dose 1.

  • Dose 3: ≥ 8 weeks after Dose 2, ≥ 16 weeks after Dose 1, and ≥ 24 weeks of age.

• 4-day grace period applied per ACIP/CDC guidelines.

• Exemption rules are executed when applied.
