EDFI_IN_7: Updates to the Logic of Requesting State Student Numbers

Previously, State Student Numbers were not being requested when the State Reporting Language Code was left blank. Since a blank value is interpreted as code 211 (English – All), the logic is updated to reflect this behavior. Going forward, a blank State Reporting Language Code will automatically be treated as English (211), ensuring that the State Student Numbers are properly requested in such cases.

EDFI_IN_7: Updates to the Publishing of Student Sections and Course Transcripts

The following updates are now available for Student Sections and Course Transcripts:

• A new field, Attempt Status is now available in the Sections and Course Enrollment page.

  • Sections - Attempt Status - No Grade Awarded - S_IN_SEC_X.Attempt_Status

  • Course Enrollment - Attempt Status - No Grade Awarded - S_IN_CC_X.Attempt_Status

• The value selected on the sections page will automatically get carried over to the Course Enrollment page for that section.

• If the value is set to Yes, then a new element called AttemptStatusDescriptor will get published with the value No Grade Awarded for the respective studentSectionAssociation record, and the courseTranscript record associated with the respective section will not get published.

The Alternative Education Program Name field has been redesigned, allowing us to search for the values in it. We can either use the Program Names or the Program Codes for searching the required Program.

Incident Management Query Report: Version 1.3

The Incident Management Query report has been updated with the following enhancements:

• Added Weapon Codes column - Displays behavior sub-codes for behavior codes 4, 5, and 6 (shows "NA" for other codes).

• New "Exclude Description" parameter - Optional checkbox to remove the Description from report output.
