Student Section records were trying to get published even though the Sections were excluded from publishing. This issue is now resolved.

EDFI_IN_7: Update to the Profile Name

The Data Exchange Profile has been renamed to DEX 2526 from Data Exchange 2025-26. Districts that have already renamed their profiles will not see any changes.

EDFI_IN_7: Updates to Role-Based Staff Assignment Publishing Logic

As per updated DOE requirements, the publishing logic for role-based staff assignment records has been updated to not publish future end dates with the records.

Fix to the Students' Accommodation Page

The following issues with the students' Accommodation page are now resolved:

• Checkboxes were being checked randomly.

• Unable to uncheck the options.

• Values were not getting removed from S_IN_STU_ACCOM_C.

• RHR has a single option now.

EDFI_IN_7: Ability to download the published Special Education Records

A new section titled Student Special Education Program Records is now available under the Download tab in the Data Exchange Dashboard. This enhancement allows districts to download published records directly from the Operational Data Store (ODS).

The downloaded records will remain synchronized with the ODS. If a record is deleted from the ODS, it will automatically be removed from the district’s downloaded list during the next download cycle, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
