CRDC - Action Attributes are Now Available

The below-mentioned updates are now available for reporting the CRDC Discipline data:

• An action code called No Action has been added when no action is required.

• The below-mentioned Action Attributes have been added as well:

  • Incident Involved Corporal Punishment (CRDC).

  • Transfer to Alternative or Regular School (CRDC).

  • Bullying/Harassment Basis:

    • Sex (CRDC)

    • Race/Ethnicity (CRDC)

    • Disability (CRDC)

    • Sexual Orientation (CRDC)

    • Religion (CRDC)

  • Perceived Religious Affiliation (CRDC)

EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Publishing of the Staff Assignment Records

The publishing logic of the staff assignment records has now been updated with the below-mentioned improvements:

• The automatic publishing logic of the Student Support Plan and the Support Service Staff has now been removed. Previously, we were publishing the Staff Assignment records with the Student Support Plan and the Support Service as the Staff classification if a staff member had an association with the District office under Account Access and Affiliations.

• For a sub-district setup, if one of the schools is marked to be excluded from the state reporting, the manually created staff assignment records were not getting published for the staff for the respective sub-district office. This issue has now been resolved.

EDFI_IN_6: Updates to the Publishing of the Title I Program Records

The Publish Title I program records were getting published with the Private program type if the student’s ADM type and the Primary school of enrollment were blank and No, respectively. This issue has now been resolved.

The 21st Century Scholar Pledge field is now available under the Student General Information page, and the tooltip & the field list have been updated to reflect the fields correctly.
